Isotope plate minibot

This minibot carries a palette of 200 heaps, some primed to absorb gas, from refinery to builder. The palette might need unloading into stores or it might distribute the heaps until it needs replenishing.

It has a clamp, possibly electromagnetic, and a latch, to bind to a refinery while being loaded and then to release. It uses the same mechanism to bind and release on delivery. The plate minibot shuttles refined isotopes between refineries and builders.
