There will be power receivers transforming high-power long range energy to local broadcast energy. I don't think any part of the chain providing local broadcast energy can be a minibot but I may be wrong. At the moment I'm going with local broadcast energy being a bigger non-mobile built-on-site unit, tapping into the long range power grid.
