Surface power distributor

There will be power receivers transforming high-power long range energy to local broadcast energy. This local broadcast energy function consists of a non-mobile built-on-site unit, tapping into the long range power grid.

I'm starting with the notion that local power distribution is microwave. I don't know enough to say how it avoids clashing with wifi data.
