Builder minibot

Plasma ion generator, at least 1E10 atoms/s in continuous streams, from the palette of the attached isotope plate minibot.

Constant-voltage linear accelerator channel to focus the plasma streams. Please lose as few refined atoms as you can.

Dual-axis deflector plates varying +- 10V at 1GHz, with control circuitry

Attachment for an independent collector plate for 200 isotope heaps, some primed for gas absorption

Attachment to whatever is being built, which presents a construction surface. There is a bootstrap problem here in that what's being built will initially be empty space but we still need to start depositing on it, I can't guess how that's meant to happen.
